For groups of less than 20 people who send a credidcard number
Groups of less than 20 people which send a creditcard number simply pay when they check in.
If reservations are cancelled 4 weeks (31 days) or more before arrival, no charge is made.
If reservations are cancelled 14-30 days before arrival, 30% will be charged to the creditcard submitted.
If reservations are cancelled 4-14 days before arrival, 70% will be charged.
Canncellation 4 days or less before arrival will be fully charged from the creditcard.
For groups which pay with a bank deposit
Our terms are that the customer pays 30% no later than 1 week after receiving confirmation.
The rest should be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
If reservations are cancelled 4 weeks (31 days) or more before arrival, all deposits are 100% refunded.
If reservations are cancelled 14-30 days before arrival, 70% will be refunded.
If reservations are cancelled 4-14 days before arrival, 30% will be refunded.
Canncellation 4 days or less before reservation will not be refunded.
